Our simplified utility model registration service allows clients to register a utility model in as little as 3 months from the date of filing, for which we issue a single all-inclusive invoice for registration and the first three years’ maintenance.
In Japan, a utility model application need only meet the basic requirements established by the Japan Utility Model Act. It is also possible to obtain a utility model registration through the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
